Tr’ochëk Limited Partnership is 100% owned by the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Trust. It entered into an agreement with Northern Vision Development to form the Dawson Downtown LP, a 50/50 venture set up to acquire the Downtown Hotel and to allow the parties to explore future investment opportunities in Dawson City. It also operates as a property management company.
